Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
Preamble
Any order placed through the website shop.tablesoccer.org will be subject to these general terms and conditions of sale.
These aim to define the sales regime and the rights and obligations that arise from it, particularly the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and any potential returns/exchanges of the items purchased by customers.
Any order validation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 1 – ORDER
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates. Paid orders commit the customer irrevocably.
You must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide us with when placing an order, especially concerning the delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the resulting consequences (such as delays or delivery errors). In this context, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be at your expense.
Any order placed with TABLE SOCCER STORE will be validated by sending an order confirmation email as soon as possible, provided that the email address has been correctly entered when filling in your details.
We advise you to save a copy of the order form on your computer or print it until the receipt of this email.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible to comply with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. However, if an error or omission appears in the product description, TABLE SOCCER STORE cannot be held responsible. Our product offers are only valid on our website. shop.tablesoccer.org et dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
In the event of unavailability after placing the order, we inform the customer via email if it has been correctly provided during the entry of your details.
The choice and purchase of a product are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
The photographs illustrating the products, accompanying the text, are not contractual.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Selling prices are expressed in Euros, excluding taxes (€ excluding tax). VAT is not applicable, according to Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. If our VAT exemption were to be called into question, this change could be reflected in the price of the items without prior notice to the customer.
Product prices may change at any time based on the pricing policy of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and TABLE SOCCER STORE.
The selling price of the product refers to the price excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and are billed in addition to the selling price of the products. Delivery charges vary depending on the geographical delivery zone and the weight of the package. (e.g., surcharge due to customs duties, local taxes...)
The buyer will always be informed before the final registration of their order of the delivery charges associated with said order (excluding customs duties), and payment will be requested from the buyer for the total amount of the purchase, including the prices of the ordered products plus the delivery charges.
Therefore, the confirmation of the order by the buyer implies that the latter accepts to pay the related delivery charges. Consequently, the delivery charges cannot constitute a valid reason for challenging the order after its final registration.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Available products will be prepared within a maximum of 2 working days (J+2), upon receipt of payment for the order. The deadlines are indicative and are announced from the departure of the package from our headquarters.
ARTICLE 5 – EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.121-1 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product(s) that do not meet your expectations, in order to exchange or obtain a refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To do this, simply follow the following procedure:
The product(s) must be packaged in their original packaging. Make a photocopy of your invoice and highlight the product(s) concerned, indicating if necessary the size of the desired product(s), and include it in the package.
Return everything in a tracked package to the following address: ITSF – TABLE SOCCER STORE - 3 Rue de Clermont - 44000 NANTES.
If all these conditions are not met, the products will neither be accepted for return nor refunded. Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with the exchange and send you the desired product(s).
WARNING :
Customized items are neither accepted for return nor exchange, except in the case of an error by TABLE SOCCER STORE or if the product is defective. For any item returned with the reason 'defective', please specify in a separate letter the nature of the observed defect.
ARTICLE 6 – LEGAL NOTICES AND LIABILITIES
Exemption from liabilities: cases of force majeure.
An event is considered fortuitous or a case of force majeure that exempts from liability, any irresistible, unforeseeable, and independent circumstance beyond the parties' control. In such circumstances, reconciliation is favored to assess the impact of the event and to agree on the conditions under which the contract will be continued.
Scope of these conditions: Invalidating one clause does not affect the others.
If one or more provisions of these general conditions are deemed invalid or declared as such under a law, regulation, or following a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
